This Consulting activity of @CTIS-Ingénierie brings together consultants who have a past with a strong experience, a methodology of Audit, of Analysis and of system Design, of project management and of Consulting for big firms, around 7 strategic axis of our specific approach covered by 5 stages :
Their multi-field competences (Administration, Telecom, Defence, Health, Finance, Services, Industry, Insurance or Bank), their active participation in research committees (Adeli, Syntec, AFAQ, ...), their consulting role in regional and national projects, supplemented by a sound experience of the ground, make them precious negociators in work control and Head offices.
Furthermore, this important experience, acquired and capitalized during many years, enables them to induce their negociators to wonder about the importance and the role of their IT system, the value they grant to it and about the necessary organisation for its maintenance and\or its later evolution.
