Our Offer in Third party Applicative Maintenance (TMA) :
The major stake in the implementation of an TMA is to make a provider powerfull while continuing to ensure the continuity of service, and for this service to be run by the data-processing internal team or by a supplier, without any break-up.

With @CTIS-Ingénierie TMA approach, our customers can set up a Third party Application Maintenance in a transparent way for the Company, by maintaining the same level of service as that in nowadays applications :

@CTIS-Ingénierie brings a real global engagement, which is based on a principle of costs optimization, and on a a clear convention of service, allowing in the respect of the levels of service expected on the whole of the functional and technical fields to cover a contractual management of all maintenances :
  • Telephone Assistance (Hot line)

  • Management of the software Application Incidents (blocking anomaly)

  • Corrective Maintenance (non-blocking anomaly)

  • Preventive Maintenance (brings the return / investment)

  • Lawful Maintenance (ensures the competitiveness of the company)

  • Adaptive Maintenance (relieves teams)

  • Evolutionary Maintenance (guarantee of the evolution of the IT system)

  • Documentation, re-documentation and on-Line Assistance
According to @CTIS-Ingénierie, the implementation of an Applicative Third party Application Maintenance is a long-range project, where the effort is continuous, and with a major change in the functioning.
It is thus essential to have a sight of the reality from the beginning of the ATM and to set together a non-ambiguous charter of progress, especially workable and accepted by everybody.

The offer of service which involves @CTIS-Ingénierie implies an application of the Applicative Third party Maintenance according to three stages of our approach :

  1. Stage 1 : Initialization and Installation of the service

This first stage, generally planned for 1 month, enables to draft the Maintenance Quality Insurance Plan (MAQP), and to set up the organization and the tools relative to our consideration of the specific environment of our Customer.

  2. Stage 2 : Transition and transfer of Knowledge

Mostly planned for 2 months, the aim of this stage is to develop the organization and the common functioning between all the actors of the TMA, and, if necessary, to transfer the file from the teams currently working on maintenance of software for our Customer in precise fields.

It totally takes place in the Customer Offices.

  3. Stage 3 : Regular Service of Applicative Third party Maintenance

Generally planned on a multiannual duration, this stage is a real industrialization of the TMA : @CTIS-Ingénierie provides the regular TMA service with an engagement on the defined results in Corrective and Evolutionary Maintenances.

Corrective Maintenance means a maintenance of the application in operational conditions. This phase can proceed in the @CTIS-Ingénierie Offices or in those of the Customer.

  4. Stage 4 : Reversibility (total or partial)

In an Applicative Third party Maintenance, reversibility is a fundamental guarantee allowing the Customer to take back again the control of its data processing with a view either to manage it himself, or to put another provider in charge of it.

This reversibility, planned for 3 months, is started at our Customer's request. @CTIS-Ingénierie then provides the necessary assistance within the framework of this phase of end of service : restitution of knowledge and of the operational responsibility.

Generally, after 3 months of Regular Service, a first adjustment is made during a retail inspection to check conformity between the results and the planned devices.

Finally, each of these three phases corresponds to the supply of a set of very precise services, answering to the objectives and to the risks expressed by our Customers.
